Nazal Foundations was born out of a deep concern for unemployment and lack of skill-based education among underprivileged youth, especially madrasa graduates who struggle to find jobs due to limited exposure to modern skills. Our founder, having firsthand experience in taxation and finance, saw the gap between traditional education and job market demands. With a vision to bridge this gap, Nazal Foundations launched Salam Academy, providing zero-cost, practical training in accounting, IT, financial literacy, and soft skills. Despite financial constraints, we continue to empower youth, helping them build self-reliant careers and escape the cycle of poverty through education and employment support.
As the first students completed their training and secured jobs, word spread, and more students wanted to join. However, the foundation struggled with financial constraints – not enough laptops, no dedicated classrooms, and limited resources. Despite these challenges, Nazal Foundations has continued to grow, driven by the belief that education should empower, not limit, the future of young minds.

Today, Nazal Foundations runs Salam Academy, training students in accounting, taxation, digital literacy, and financial management. But our journey is just beginning – we aim to expand, train more students, and secure better job opportunities for them.
